DESCRIPTION
Plastering machine CK 25 is a horizontal worm pump with a double-mixing system, powered on 400 V three-phase, ideal to mix, transport and spray all kinds of ready-mix dry plasters with aggregate granulometry from 0 to 5 mm for indoor, outdoor and ceilings, self-leveling floor screeds and special premixed mortars of various kinds. Ready-mix plastering machine CK 25 is composed in two principal parts: the continuous mixer which it' s poured the ready mix dry plaster for automatic mixing with water, and the pump feeds by the mixer itself; this particular synergy between machines called double mixing, ensuring an optimal quality of the mixing and superior than any other type of mixing pump for ready mix dry plasters.
Optionally adding to the continuous mixer the direct silo feeding hood or the filter hood for the pneumatic conveyor system of the silo and the material level control probe, continuous mixer can mixing the silo materials automatically, then speeding-up the jobs compared to the manual loading by bags.
FEATURES
It mixes perfectly the material by the double mixing system, and it allows to adjust the mixture density with the micrometric dosing valve of water located on the mixer water system.
The machine is handy in all surfaces, using the carry position for hand towing by the extractable grip, being provided with 400 mm anti-puncture rubber wheels with motion bearings; hooks for lifting and it can be disassemble in more parts to further easy transport.
Continuous mixer has standard provided the electric water pump with automatic mixer stopping in the absence of water, safety grid with bag opener, front support of mixer shaft external with protected bearing and mixing chamber that can be easily disassemble for perfect cleaning, also there' s an IP69K tamper proof sensor which preventing operation of the mixer if opening the mixing chamber.
Increased life span for rotor and stator of the horizontal worm pump, thanks its exclusive mixing system.
It' s soundless in the working pause too, thanks to the automatic switch off of the entire electric motors.
It needs little maintenance and it can be cleaned quickly.
