Continuous mixer for mortars L 25, version L 25 M - 230 V single-phase driven by inverter or L 25 T - 400 V three-phase, mixes automatically and continuously various type of ready mix dry mortars and plasters. Ready-mix continuous mixer L 25 series, is suitable to mixing ready-mix dry materials, lime or cement based, finishing dry plasters, cement, various adhesive mortars, thermal insulation plasters,ready mix floor screeds and self-levelling, masonry mortar, coloured plasters and skim coats, mortars for renovations and finally specific special plasters, using mixing chambers purposely built for unique lightweight materials or very complex to mix.
The loading of the material is performed in different ways; with a bagged ready-mix mortar by the safety grid with bag opener, or from silo by the optional direct silo feeding hood or by the filter hood for the pneumatic conveyor system of the silo and the material level control probe connected to the hopper of the plastering machines, for the autonomous feeding of the mixed plaster.
Mixed material handy used by the operator, or feeding directly the plastering machines series PC 500 M and PC 500 C , PC 500 L or PC 500 I, FC 50 , FCX 80 and TS 35.
The single-phase version L 25 M is driven by quality electric motor with inverter, allowing excellent power saving and high performance without compromise.

The mixing chamber and the front support are easy to disassemble for perfect cleaning, with IP69K tamper proof sensor which preventing operation of mixer if opening the mixing chamber.
